I was having problems with my 1986 Ford Escort wagon and John P. suggested that I take my car to Sena Automotive. Well, I followed his suggestion and took his direction. Needless to say, it has been many years now and I don't regret one moment. I have been enjoying the relationship with Louis and Eileen at Sena Automotive and their people oriented car repair business. I say people oriented because, like me, they are friendly and hard working folk. I can identify with them and Louis and Eileen can identify with me. Sometimes I forget that they are the owners and operators.
With confidence, I am currently having the engine replaced in my Ford wagon. With no hesitation as to whether or not I am making the correct decision. It will have the 36-month warranty and unlimited miles. So until 36-months elapses, I can have the remanufactured engine repaired and the manufacturer will cover the cost anywhere in the USA. I am extremely pleased with this good news that Louis shared with me today concerning he warranty. It's the little things! Sena Automotive did not have to look for a good warranty remanufactured engine but the fact is, they did.
More recently I suggested that my mother take her car to Sena Automotive and now she is having her vehicle serviced here. Now, if an individual will send her mother to Sena Automotive, they must think very highly of this car repair facility. Every person that I have recommended has nothing but praise for the optimum quality work and service they have received.
I am extremely grateful to Louis, Eileen, the office staff and mechanics at Sena Automotive. They are definitely an asset and positive contribution to Costa Mesa, Orange County and neighboring communities.
